GoalNexa has an MCP server, so any assistant that speaks MCP can plan your goals, log check-ins and review progress for you. Pick yours:

Chat apps

  • Claude - claude.ai, the desktop app and the phone app - a custom connector.
  • ChatGPT - chatgpt.com - a custom MCP server, added as a plugin.
  • Gemini - gemini.google.com and the Gemini phone app - a custom app.

Code editors

  • Cursor - A config file, all projects or one.
  • VS Code - Copilot agent mode; the token goes in secret storage.
  • Windsurf - A config file for Cascade.

Command line

  • Claude Code - One command; sign in through the browser or use a token.
  • Codex CLI - A config file; the token comes from an environment variable.
  • Gemini CLI - A settings file, for you or one project.

Other

  • Claude Desktop - Only where custom connectors aren't available - needs Node.js.

Another client? Anything that supports MCP's Streamable HTTP transport with a custom header works: point it at https://goal.pmnexa.com/api/v1/mcp and send Authorization: Bearer <token>, with a token from the MCP access page.
