OKRs for teams
OKRs that tell you, mid-quarter, whether you'll make them
Every key result is a number with a start and a target. Each check-in moves it, and GoalNexa forecasts where it lands by the end of the quarter - so the review meeting is about what to change, not about what the status is.

Same idea, plain words
| In OKRs | In GoalNexa |
|---|---|
| Objective | A goal - with sub-goals for the teams or people under it |
| Key result | A metric: start → target, in its unit (and it may go down, like costs or response time) |
| Progress update | A check-in - from the web, your AI assistant or a script |
| Quarter | A cycle - goals join it, and closing it scores them |
| Scoring (0-1) | Closing a cycle scores each goal 0-1: achieved, partial or missed |
| Status / confidence | A forecast from the check-ins: on track, at risk or off track - nobody picks a color |
Know which key results are slipping
- Each key result's progress over time, and where its current pace lands it by the target date.
- A health badge per objective, computed from the numbers.
- A daily or weekly digest of what moved and what needs attention.

Close the quarter in one go
- Score every goal 0-1 and write the retro when you close the cycle.
- Unfinished goals roll into the next cycle with their key results, starting from where they ended.
- Done goals are marked completed; dropped ones are archived.

One set of OKRs, every team
- Write the objectives and key results once as a goal template; each team runs its own copy.
- Each team sets its own targets; the totals add up per team and for the whole organization.
- The team board shows every team against its targets, and lets a lead check in for the team.
Updates people actually make
- Overdue key results are flagged and their owners reminded by email, Slack, Telegram and more.
- Tell Claude or another AI assistant "we're at 420 beta testers" and the key result is updated.
- Numbers that live in another system arrive through each metric's own check-in URL.

Priced for teams that grow
- One flat price per team - adding a teammate never costs extra.
- Personal goals live in the same account, next to the team's OKRs.
- Source-available: export everything any time, or run it on your own server.
