Quantive is now WorkBoard. Want something lighter for your team's OKRs?
WorkBoard is built for enterprise strategy execution. If you're a team of 5 to 50 that wants objectives, key results and an honest forecast - with a price on the website and a free plan to start - GoalNexa is the smaller tool.

OKRs without the rollout project
- Sign up, create an organization, invite the team - members join free.
- One goal, 1-4 numbers, a date. No portfolio layer to configure first.
- Start from a template for your function.
Know mid-quarter which key results won't make it
- One chart per goal: each key result's progress and where its pace lands it by the target date.
- A health badge per goal, from the numbers.
- Reminders when a check-in is due, and a daily or weekly digest email.

Talk to your goals - on every plan
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Codex and others connect over MCP, with no add-on to buy.
- "We closed 14 deals this week" is a check-in; "how are our OKRs doing?" is a review.
Yours to keep
- Download all your data as JSON from your account page, any time.
- The source is public (GitHub) - run it on your own server with Docker if you'd rather hold it yourself.
When GoalNexa isn't the right pick
- You're rolling OKRs out across a large company with portfolio planning and talent management - that's WorkBoard's scope.
- Your security review needs SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 reports.
- Your teams work inside Microsoft Teams and want OKRs there - GoalNexa has no Teams app.
- Key results should sync from HubSpot or Power BI with no script.
Moving from Quantive
Export what you have
Ask your WorkBoard (or former Quantive) admin for an export of objectives, key results and their current values - a spreadsheet is enough.
Create your organization
Sign up, name the organization and invite the team by link. Members join free.
Recreate your OKRs
Add goals and metrics in the app, or give the export to an AI assistant connected to GoalNexa and ask it to set them up - it shows you a draft first.
Bring the history (optional)
Check-ins can be dated in the past, so past readings draw the same trend they did.

- Is GoalNexa priced per user?
- No. There is a free plan; paid plans have one flat price for a team, and members join free. See pricing.
