Delete your GoalNexa account

You can delete your GoalNexa account and its data yourself, at any time, from the Android app or the website. GoalNexa is run by Nguyen Xuan Binh.

In the Android app

  1. Open GoalNexa and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings, then Delete my account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at GoalNexa's website.
  2. Open the menu under your name, then My account.
  3. Choose Delete my account and enter your password to confirm.

Can't sign in, or signed up with Google and have no password? Email xuanbinh91@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, password and sign-in links (Google).
  • Your goals, with their metrics, check-ins and notes, and your personal cycles.
  • Your comments, reminder settings, shared dashboard links and goal memberships.
  • Your access tokens and connected AI assistants; every session is signed out.
  • Your organization memberships. An organization left with no members is deleted with its goals.

Deletion happens at once. Backups roll off within 30 days.

What is kept

  • Check-ins and activity you recorded on other people's goals in a shared organization stay with that goal, without your name.
  • Organization cycles and goal templates you created stay with the organization.
  • Billing records, which tax law requires us to keep.
  • Security logs (sign-ins, account changes), kept for a limited time.

Delete some data, keep the account

On the website, open a goal, metric, check-in or comment and delete it (your comments can be deleted in the app too); it's gone at once, with whatever belongs to it (a goal's metrics and check-ins, a metric's check-ins). Or email xuanbinh91@gmail.com saying what to delete, and we will within 30 days. Backups roll off within 30 days.
